You acknowledge that:

  • TrackR acts as a data processor on your behalf
  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • You must provide appropriate privacy notices to your users
  • You can manage data retention and deletion through your dashboard

4. Intellectual Property

TrackR owns all rights to the Service's software, features, and functionality. You retain ownership of data collected from your websites. You grant TrackR a limited license to process this data to provide the Service and improve our platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscription plans are billed according to your selected plan. You agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees for your subscription plan
  • Maintain current payment information
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
  • Understand that downgrades may result in data loss or feature limitations

6. Service Availability and Data Accuracy

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, TrackR cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • 100% accuracy of analytics data
  • Prevention of all data collection gaps
  • Compatibility with all website configurations

7. Data Storage and Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and hybrid storage architecture. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of data transmission and storage.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with various third-party providers for payment processing, cloud storage, and infrastructure. These integrations are subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrackR is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages from Service use

10. Account Termination
